The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

  • Europe : 3 - 5 business days

  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania : 5 - 7 business days

  • Asia Pacific : 5 - 7 business days

  • Latin America and the Caribbean : 5 - 7 business days

  • North Africa and the Middle East : 5 - 7 business days

  • Sub-Saharan Africa : 5 - 7 business days

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Afore.1967, we want you to adore every antique / vintage piece you purchase from us If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your acquisition, our return and exchange policy is here to provide you with peace of mind.

 Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Online Returns

We offer a 14-day return period for items purchased online, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at aforenineteensixtyseven@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

  2. Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  4. All items need to be returned using Royal Mail Special delivery (with insurance and tracking) service as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels. 

  5. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  6. Refund: If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

 

Exclusions

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Personalised or customised items

  • Pierced jewellery

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods
