This striking piece features a clever dual-sided, reversible configuration allowing you to wear it two ways:

Side 1: Features a vibrant, polished blue-green genuine turquoise heart cabochon. The center is adorned with an intricate, flush geometric square inlay containing lapis lazuli and white mother-of-pearl accents.

Side 2: Flips over to reveal an alternative layout matching the geometric inlay pattern against the silver. Craftsmanship: The heart is securely bezel-set within a native-style oxidised sterling silver frame featuring a traditional twisted rope border and stamped sunburst accent ridges.

Hallmarks: Authenticity is fully stamped on the piece with the iconic Relios crescent "R", "925" for sterling purity, and the "CP" maker’s initials.
